after the WEC, the ELMS. After the ELMS, the GT Open ... What a foolish pace !
The GT Open entry list incorporates a little more than twenty GT3 contenders in 2018. This flagship series is completed by the Euroformula F3, the TCR Europe tourism cars (2-liter turbo) and the Mitjet Series.

Le Castellet is the second meeting of the year after Estoril, which had established the same hierarchy in its two races : the leading Ferrari of Luzich Racing (Pier Guidi / Mac), preceding the Imperiale Racing Lamborghini of Venturini / Mul.

Marcelo Hahn, the CEO of a Brazilian pharmaceutical company ('Blaù'), is behind the wheel of this Mercedes; his teammate last name is Hellmeister - master of hell (approximate translation ?) -.

I may have already told it to you, but I really like the Mercedes GT3 : its aggressive design (unfortunately, the famous gullwings have been sacrificed on the altar of pragmatism), and its big roaring atmospheric V8 !
I like the picture below as well, which reflects the excitement prevailing on a starting grid (especially when the weather is uncertain).
